WHAT IS THE MENTOR SESH?

The Mentor Sesh is an exclusive one on one Q&A zoom call with myself, Brandie, to talk anything and everything salon ownership and hairstylist related. No topic is off limits and no question is too little. This is an investment in your career through an opportunity that the industry has never had before.

My goal for The Mentor Sesh is to provide a master consultant to hairstylists and business owners openly. I want to share everything I have learned along the way, including my mistakes, my successes, and everything in between. Nothing is off the table. 

When I started my career as a hairstylist in 2017, I had no idea what I was doing. You might think I'm kidding, but that was my reality. I built my clientele from scratch and teamed up with my business partner to build a massively successful salon.
We have 35+ team members and are continuously growing. Unfortunately, our industry can be a very competitive and private industry. No other salon owners gave us advice, sat us down and talked about the do's and don'ts, or even wished us well for that matter. The Mentor Sesh changes that. I want to help educate others in ways I never received as a hairstylist and salon owner. I want to help you achieve what I've achieved in a fraction. of the time. My trial and error and years of experience is at your fingertips. This will be an opportunity to pick my brain, ask business strategies, social media marketing, client retention, how to build a clientele, how to charge your worth, how to build a salon team, systems within our salon, and so much more! I cannot wait to meet each of you!
